Professional Galaxy is looking for an Industrialization Engineer on behalf of our client.

Level 2, at least 1-3 years of experience

The client's warehouse operations are facing a number of challenges as production volumes increase. Therefore, we are looking for an engineer with experience in internal logistics development who wants to contribute to future-proofing our flows and processes. As an industrialization engineer, you will play a central role in developing and streamlining as well as driving improvements in our warehouse operations. The work will include: o Analysis and improvement of logistics flows – Mapping processes, identifying bottlenecks, and driving cost-effective improvements in warehousing and internal flows. o Development and standardization – Ensuring continuous improvements through new working methods, techniques, and standards. o Project management – Planning, leading, and driving change and development projects within logistics. The work includes feasibility studies, preparation of investment documentation, and ensuring progress towards set goals. o Digitalization and system support – Implementing and optimizing digital tools and business systems to improve and automate logistics. o Data analysis and decision support – Collecting and analyzing data and key figures to measure and improve logistical processes. o Training – Conducting internal training and presentations. o Cross-functional collaboration and industrialization - Working together with suppliers, production, and other sites (primarily Gothenburg and Huskvarna) to develop sustainable and effective logistics solutions. Your profile To thrive in the role, we see that you are a responsible and committed person who enjoys taking your own initiative and driving work forward. You have a natural self-leadership and can prioritize and structure your work even when the pace is high. At the same time, you are flexible and adaptable when circumstances change, and see opportunities where others see obstacles. You appreciate collaborating with others and are attentive, which allows you to quickly build trust in your interactions with colleagues and other functions in the organization. We see that you have an academic education at least at the level of a bachelor's degree and several years of work experience in production or manufacturing industry with a focus on internal logistics. Recently graduated engineers are also of interest. We also see that you have good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Desirable experiences: o LEAN and improvement work – Experience working with continuous improvements, eliminating waste, and creating efficient flows. o Warehouse automation – Knowledge of automated warehouse systems and material handling of internal flows. o Standardization of processes – Experience in developing and implementing common working methods, routines, and standards within logistics. The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection.
